One drug dealer found themselves in cuffs after posting a sign that might as well have said “Drugs Dealt Here.”

38-year-old April Lynn Lavender of Oak Hill, West Virginia had enough of them damn snitches and came up with the brilliant idea to post the following message on her front door warning would-be snitches of strict regulations regarding those who come in search of pharmaceuticals:

"Due to snitches everyone entering my home is subject to being searched. All cell phones and drinks will be left outside!! If you're not a snitch, it won't offend you if I search you!"

Deputies noticed the note while responding to a joyride complaint. Needless to say, they were pretty sure something illegal was going on inside.

So, upon receiving consent to search the residence, deputies found heroin and methamphetamine as well as various unknown substance believed to be narcotics.

"While drug investigations often require a great deal of time and effort, sometimes the criminals make our job pretty easy," said Sheriff Kessler on the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department’s Facebook page. "If someone posts a sign on their front door about searching 'snitches,' it's a pretty safe bet that there are illegal drugs being sold out of that location."
