Game of Thrones as an ’80s Sitcom [VIDEO]

I've become a huge fan of Game of Thrones, but then again I am a huge nerd so my obsession is understandable.

One thing I've never been a fan of though, are all those TV shows from the '80s, and thanks to a father who watched those shows, I've suffered through my share of them. But as much as I love Game of Thrones now, I don't think I would have been able to watch it if it had been made in the '80s.

So what would a '80s version of GoT look like? Thanks to the wonder of Youtube, you can now see what the opening credits for the show would be like if it had been made in the '80s.

Sure it still looks compelling, but keep in mind shows from the '80s lack all the violence, blood and sex that we have grown accustomed to.
