Morgan Spurlock's 2004 documentary, "Super Size Me," chronicled his 30-day experiment of eating nothing but McDonalds food three times a day.

In just 30 days, he gained nearly 25 pounds and his body-mass index (BMI) and cholesterol went through the roof. He also documented many, many other ill-effects from his sudden diet change.

An Iowa science teacher, along with his class, decided to do their own version of "Super Size Me."

But they upped the ante a bit. Instead of 30 days, he decided to eat nothing but McDonalds food for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 90 days. However, he stuck to strict dietary restrictions of 2,000 calories a day and smart food choices outside his three meals.

The results were pretty surprising, to say the least.
