Rockstar is being sued once again for allegedly using someones appearance and real life story in a game.

Before you all start going nuts, yes I now own GTA V. However it is still wrapped up in the plastic mainly because I need a solid weekend with nothing to do so I can beat it. I have played all of the console GTA games in the past and I know once I start, I will not be able to put it down. So I have not played the latest installment in the series, so SPOILERS if you have not as well.

I also have never watched an episode of 'Mob Wives' either. Every time I am flipping around the channels and check it out for a second, it always seems awful to me. Granted I do enjoy some crappy live televisions shows, but I cant get through an episode of this one.

Turns out one of the people that used to be on the show thinks that a character resembles her life in GTA V. Karen Gravano claims that the character Antonia Bottino resembles her and her life story.Karen Gravano is the daughter of Sammy "The Bull" Gravano, who many claim is responsible for taking down infamous mobster John Gotti.

In Grand Theft Auto V, the character Antonia Bottino is depicted as the daughter of Sammy Bottino, the "Gambetti" family crime boss who eventually becomes an informant. She’s upset that her father won't let her star in the fictional show "Wise Bitches". I will admit it does sound a lot like Karen Gravano's life. Gravano is suing Rockstar for twenty million dollars.

This is not the first time Rockstar has been sued for something like this. Lindsay Lohan sued Rockstar over a bikini woman on the cover of GTA V because she said it resembled her. A member of Cypress hill has also sued claiming the lead character in Grand Theft Auto San Andreas resembled him. From what I could find the Lindsay Lohan case is still going on, but the Cypress Hill case was thrown out in 2012. We will see what happens with this case.
