Fan Who Fell Asleep During a Yankees Game is Suing for 10 Million Dollars [VIDEO]

Screw the Yankees and their fans who can't stay awake for games. Probably the sports franchise I hate more than any other team out there. Also the worst fans in all of sports. I am saying this after attending an Eagle game in Philadelphia wearing Dallas Cowboys stuff. I may get stabbed in Philadelphia, but nothing is worse than arrogant Yankees fan.

I don't care what a sporting event you attend, you always have one a** clown wearing a Jeter jersey with a Yankees hat. Well its nice to know Yankees fans are as stupid as I thought they were. This guy fell asleep during a nationally televised Yankees game and the announcers made fun of him for it. As they should have done.

This is what the lawsuit states and I wish I was making this up. "Announcers like Dan Shulman and John Kruck [sic] unleashed avalanche of disparaging words against the person of and concerning the plaintiff. These words, include but not limited to 'stupor, fatty, unintelligent, stupid' knowing and intending the same to be heard and listened to by millions of people all over the world."

I went to the Orioles versus Rangers series this year. Driving back and forth from Wichita Falls only getting about 4 hours of sleep every night. I managed to not fall asleep during any of those games. I think this guy should just drop the lawsuit because if we weren't already making fun of him, we definitely are now.
