Ed Kowalczyk ‘Seven’ – Crank It or Yank It?

Former Live vocalist Ed Kowalczyk is the next artist to submit to the BuzzHeads' scrutiny with his new single 'Seven'.

Taken from the frontman's recently released sophomore solo album, The Flood and the Mercy, the song has the feel you've come to expect from Kowalczyk without sounding stale. It's obvious 'Seven' comes from the mind of the man responsible for song's like 'Lightning Crashes' and 'The Dolphins Cry', but he's definitely expanded his horizons since leaving Live. There are still plenty of signature elements, but he's added some electronics and exotic instrumentation.
