Movies based on video games usually suck, but I am still going to check this out though.

If you grew up in an arcade in the 90's, you definitely remember this game. I spent a lot of my childhood pumping quarters into 'Mortal Kombat', 'The Simpsons Arcade' and 'Rampage'. From what I remember about 'Rampage', you can be a lizard, wolf or a gorilla. Your objective was to destroy a city. I remember you could eat people and it was pretty much destroying a city like 'Godzilla'.

Well, someone thinks they can turn this classic arcade game into a feature-length movie.

The big name that is signed on so far is Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, who just starred in a movie about a city getting destroyed (San Andreas). The film is set to begin filming next summer. I'm not saying this movie is going to be amazing, but it's nice to see a piece of my childhood in the spotlight again.
