Disney World to Get an Entire World of Pandora from Avatar in Animal Kingdom [VIDEO]

Real quick, when the hell did Disney buy the rights to Avatar?

No seriously, I would have definitely remembered the big Walt Disney castle logo before seeing that movie. After a quick Google, it was made by Twentieth Century Fox. Well apparently stuff like this happens all the time in the theme park world. Think of it like this, Universal Studios has that big Harry Potter land. The Harry Potter movies are actually owned by Warner Bros.

Who care's who the hell owns what. We will all be able to go into the World of Pandora and who doesn't want to do that? Avatar has become one of the biggest movies ever. I saw this in Imax 3D and was blown away the first time I saw it. It's one of those movies that when it comes on TV, I will stop what I am doing to check it out.

Also I learned in this video that THREE Avatar sequels are being made. I knew of one, but three, that's awesome. It looks like we will be able to walk around Pandora at Animal Kingdom and they will have a 3D ride where you ride on the back of one of the flying banshees. This will be the biggest expansion to Animal Kingdom since the park opened in 1998.
