Dirty Heads ‘My Sweet Summer’ – Crank It or Yank It?

Here's one for fans of reggae-inspired alternative rock.

Dirty Heads returned last summer with their fourth studio album, Sound of Change. "My Sweet Summer" is the first single from said record and like most of their stuff, there's a bit of a Sublime feel with a heavy dose of rap mixed in.

The track peaked at Number Three on the alternative charts, but hasn't gained a lot of traction outside of alternative so far. Give it a listen and tell us whether or not the tune deserves a shot here on the Buzz.
