Danko Jones Rock Your Wednesday With the Video for ‘Just a Beautiful Day’

I've been waiting for Danko Jones to break out here in the U.S. and maybe "Just a Beautiful Day" is the song that'll make it happen. It's a weird situation as the band is out of Canada and is HUGE in Europe but haven't really caught on here yet.

"Just a Beautiful Day" comes from the band's new album Rock and Roll is Black and Blue which, for my money, is one of the best rock albums to come out this year. I wouldn't say they're reinventing the wheel or anything like that but their style is definitely unique and offers a breath of fresh air in a genre that's kinda stagnant right now.

As far as the video goes, it's nothing more than your standard performance video but what the hell, the song rocks and that's good enough to keep me coming back.
