Conan Takes the Texas Citizenship Test

Conan O'Brien is spending this week in Dallas in order to celebrate the Final Four, which will be taking place this weekend, and he thinks he's been in Texas long enough that he could pass a Texas Citizenship test. Although before his show came to town there was no such thing as a Texas Citizenship test.

And who better to administer the test than the almost-native-Texan Dirk Nowitzki. Sure he wasn't even born in this country, but after spending his entire NBA season as the star of the Dallas Mavericks, I think he knows a thing or two about being a Texan.
