Comcast Renames Customer Vulgar Name on Her Bill [PHOTO]

Oh Comcast, your customer service is at it once again.

The customer service at Comcast is pretty bad to say the least, judging by the tremendous amount of videos and pictures on the internet. YouTube is filled with videos of bad Comcast customer service. Back in Maryland, my family had Comcast and I remember several times my Mom going nuts on the phone.

I am sure she is in the system with something strange next to her name. That is what happened with Mary Bauer, she had been complaining about her Comcast service. Apparently her reception was bad and she kept calling about the issue. Honestly, a legit reason to call customer service.

Well the next time Mary got her bill it said, 'Super Bitch Bauer' on it. Well Comcast, tell us how you really feel about Mary. Bauer claims she may have gotten a little irritated at times, but that she was never overly rude and never berated customer service over her missing paper bills, and continued to pay for her service.
