Chevelle ‘Take Out the Gunman’ – Crank It or Yank It?

Chevelle are about as consistent as it gets when it comes to modern rock.

In a scene that has become increasingly stagnant, Chevelle stand out among the rest. A lot of rock sounds the same these days and the band offer a breath of fresh air with their Tool meets Helmet style. Not that Chevelle have ripped anybody off or anything. In fact, it's quite the contrary. The guys do exactly what great bands do and that is they mix ingredients of their influences together to create their own unique recipe.

'Take Out the Gunman' is our first peak at Chevelle's upcoming record, La Gargola, which is set to hit the shelves and webernets on April 1.
