Chevelle ‘Hunter Eats Hunter’ – Crank It or Yank It?

Epic Records

Chevelle have had their fair share of chart-topping singles over the years and ‘Hunter Eats Hunter’ is their next crack at Number One.

Not only did the band reach the top spot on the album charts with La Gargola, Chevelle also scored a Number One with the first single from the disc, ‘Take Out the Gunman’.

Like the aforementioned track, ‘Hunter Eats Hunter’ is a slow, heavy dirge with a dark vibe. Neither of the tunes are the catchiest songs Chevelle have produced over the years, but both are solid and quite strong nonetheless.
