The masterminds behind the Jackass TV series and movies are at it again, and while this new spinoff film doesn't feature the whole gang doing outragous stunts and pranks, it still looks like it'll be worth the money to go see. The new movie, titled "Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa," is about Johnny Knoxville's character Irving Zisman (A.K.A. Bad Grandpa), who you've seen in the movies and TV show, taking his grandson on a cross country road trip to deliver the boy to his father.

The cool fact about the film is that while it may be a movie and some parts scripted, they still stick to the old Jackass format, with several hidden camera pranks being played out on real, unsuspecting bystanders. Knoxville said that he had his doubts about the project, but that they all disappeared after the first day of filming when his character managed to enrage several golfers at a course in Columbus, Ohio while working as a surly, incompetent groundskeeper.

In fact, he said he doesn't even mind sitting in make-up for three hours a day, five hours when he is going to be taking off his shirt that day. "After that first day I didn't care one bit,'' says Knoxville."I liked having three hours to think about what we were going to do that day."

"Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa," written by Knoxville, Spike Jonze and longtime Jackass director Jeff Tremaine, is scheduled for an October 25 release date. And while the film will defiantly include many outrages scenes, including one where Zisman dresses the little boy up as a girl and enters him in a beauty pageant, Knoxville says "it's really a story about a grandfather. And in the end you end up loving the relationship between the two. People are going to be surprised."
