‘Call It Maybe’ Parody Goes After NFL Referees [VIDEO]

Even if you don’t follow football, chances are you’ve heard about the discontent fans are feeling about the replacement refs being used this season. The referees have been locked out since June, and until there’s a solution (hopefully this season), we unfortunately have to deal with the D-list officials hired to replace them. They may irritate us, but they’re still fun to make fun of, like this parody “Call It Maybe.”

The song comes as a parody to Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe,” which seems to be a very popular parody as of late.

The outlandish calls that the replacement refs have been making have been enough to make even non-fans pull their hair out. When it comes to their calls, unfortunately there’s not much we can do except to scream at the television and hope we don’t end up throwing our beer through it.
