The Red Hot Chili Peppers released a video for “Monarchy Of Roses,” the second single from “I’m With You.” The mostly black-and-white clip is said to be influenced by someone you’ve probably never heard of, artist Raymond Pettibon, who became known for designing album covers, logos and flyers for Black Flag, and a bunch of other bands and labels from the LA punk scene of the ’70s and ’80s. That’s where RHCP got their start so it makes sense.

We’re still hoping for some 2012 US tour dates but nothing has been released yet. Until then, check out the video for an awesome new track.
