Blacklite District ‘With Me Now’ – Crank It or Yank It?

Today's 'Crank It or Yank It' features Blacklite District and their new single, 'With Me Now'.

The band was formed back in the early 2000's by guitarist/vocalist Kyle Pfeiffer and lead vocalist Roman James in their hometown of Spearfish, South Dakota. They developed a big following in their home state and, in 2011, were discovered by Grammy Award-winning producer Steven Short, who took them to Sonic Ranch studios in El Paso to record the single, 'I'm Still Right Here'.

The next year, Blacklite District caught the attention of former Creed and Sevendust manager Jeff Hanson, who relocated the band to Orlando, Florida to begin recording their upcoming album, WorldWide Controversy.
