Municipal Waste bassist Land Phil is a HUGE wrestling fan but not exactly a huge guy so it would appear that he made the right career decision. In this cleverly titled video "Rocky 666: Metal Meets MMA", Phil mixes it up with MMA fighter, professional wrestler and Heavy Metal fan Josh Barnett.

While I don't expect Phil to contend for any titles in the near future, I gotta admit that he actually takes everything pretty seriously and appears to be genuinely stoked for the lesson. And what the hell - it's not often that you get to hang out with a professional fighter even if you are in a cool band.
