Arnold Schwarzenegger Will be the Commencement Speaker at the University of Houston for 2017

Hasta la vista 2017 graduates. 

I couldn't even tell you who my commencement speaker was in 2012 over at Midwestern State University. That is probably because the school wasn't willing to fork over the kind of cash that it takes to get a celebrity like Arnold Schwarzenegger. He will be paid $40,000 to speak May 12, 2017 at the Houston commencement.

The school also plans to pay for his traveling costs as well. So the school will be having the Terminator himself who I hope throws some of his action one-liners into his speech. According to the University of Houston website, "A commencement tradition is revived at the University of Houston. It is pomp. It is impressive. It is spectacular. It is joy and pride for your family, and a model for future generations to follow."
