Beer coming to the rescue in our time of need once again.

I am pretty sure you would have to be living under a rock to not hear about the flooding in Texas and Oklahoma the past couple of weeks. If you had been living under a rock, it probably would have gotten swept up in the flood. A lot of people want to help those affected by the floods and one company is doing its part by providing drinking water.

You probably know Anhesur-Busch as the people that bring you ice cold Budwesiser. Well, the Georgia plant has halted production of beer and is now producing canned water to send to the flooded areas. The plant can produce 50,000 cans of water a day.

"Right now our production line is running emergency drinking water instead of beer," Cartersville brewery manager Rob Haas told NBC News. Good move Anhesur-Busch, I may just have to buy a Budweiser next time I am at the bar because you helped us out.
