The one and only Alice Cooper will bring his legendary brand of Rock and theatrics to Memorial Auditorium Sunday, February 8. To mark the occasion, the man himself was kind enough to give me a call on the BuzzLine to chat about the show and a lot more.

Even though Memorial Auditorium has a pretty good size stage, I'll bet a dollar to a donut that it's nowhere near the biggest stage Alice Cooper's ever played on. However, he told me that the size of the venue doesn't affect the show.

"To us, the size of the venue doesn't really matter," Cooper said of his stage show. "We've been doing this for so long - for 45 years - all we know is that it's gonna be the best show you've seen all year."

All we know is that it's gonna be the best show you've seen all year.

Concertgoers should expect a mix of the hits and some of the more obscure tracks from Alice Cooper's back catalogue.

"You know you're gonna do the hits, you know that, and then we'll do some of these deeper cuts for the real fans," he said in regard to preparing for the show.

Even though he's known for his over-the-top live show, at the end of the day it's all about the music.

"That's what I've always put first," he said. "Put the music first and then let the theatrics become the decoration of the whole thing."

Tickets are still available for what Cooper describes as the best show you'll see all year. Get yours here.
