A Perfect Circle Debuts A New Song In Portland [VIDEO]

A Perfect Circle played a brand new song last night in Portland called "By and Down"...the audio's not the best but beggars can't be choosers so this'll have to do for now.

The band currently doesn't have a record deal and there's no telling when we'll get a new recording from the band, but guitarist Billy Howerdel told Pulse of Radio that the band most likely won't release a full-length so we may not have to wait too long.
