Yes I realize Karma is a bitch but sometimes you just gotta laugh at stupid people. In today’s edition of the “News of the WTF?” I tell you a story about a drunk woman who does her best to use sex to get out of being arrested. I also wonder why a dude would turn himself and the marijuana he was cultivating in to police and I laugh at what is probably the slowest police chase ever.
