10 Years ‘Miscellanea’ – Crank It or Yank It?

A good friend of mine by the name of Frank Pain recently said 10 Years' transformation into Tool was damn near complete with "Miscellanea". I couldn't agree more with my man from Abilene - and just like him, I believe that's a good thing.

Like everything 10 Years does, the first single from the band's upcoming album, From Birth to Burial, is heavy, yet melodic, with a progressive nature that I would love to see employed by more modern Rock bands.

I'll be perfectly honest with you, I'm a big fan of progressive styles of music - so take my opinion with a grain of salt. The only opinion that matters here is yours. So spend some time with "Miscellanea" and give us your thoughts below.
